We felt we were taken personal care of from the first email until we handed back the motorhome. The Booking proceedure was simple on line with immediate confirmation of vehicle availability at peak season. Our correspondence was rapidly replied to. The motorhome was delivered to an address of our choice where the handover breifing was very thoughtful, professional, and practical. Any minor points that we might have forgotten were easily revised from the laminated Abuzzy manual. Everything in the Motorhome was clean and in excellent working order. Unfortunately there was no jacuzzi or autopilot.

1. The van drove very well, the stove worked well, it was quite economical with fuel consumption. 2. Security was very good and we felt very safe. 3. The fan heater was very good. Definitely being collected&dropped off at the airport saved so much hassle. Definitely not having to pay extra to pick up and drop off the van in a different city meant a lot to us.The van was beautiful and new, clean, roomy and luxurious with heaps of storage space. Loved the bed up top with plenty of room. Loved the blacked out windows for privacy. We felt comfortable, relaxed, safe and free for the 3 weeks we travelled. What a feeling.

Our Motorhome was very clean and new. Collection of our motorhome was very quick and Roger was great at explaining us the details. Once on the road it was very easy to drive and gave us the freedom to travel around NZ at our own pace. The motorhome was very well equiped and the bed above the cab was super comfy!! It really did make our 6 weeks in New Zealand an incredible time. I would definately hire from Abuzzy again and would recommend to anyone who wants a great motorhome

Sadly we didn't manage to get to the wildlife island off Auckland, but we did see whales, dolphins [several sorts], fur seals, kiwis and keas. We went up as far as the Bay of Islands, and down to Doubtful Sound. Drank a lot of very good wine [actually that was one of the highlights - being able to buy such wonderful wines from the makers, and quaff it without worrying [a] about driving [b] not paying high restaurant markups. We parked a crate under the table and it filled then emptied - the last bottle consumed on our last evening in Christchurch.]

No suggestions at all - everything worked perfectly from viewing a Grand at your depot, through booking, collection and return to airport. Very personal and capable service. Thank you Roger and Tony! 
The layout is exceptionally good - we liked that the kitchen is tucked away at the back, so that we could relax in the evenings without staring at the hob and sink. Having the door at the back is also great, for the same reason – made it a cosy little home for four weeks. Very comfortable, large bed. A bit fiddly to operate microwave as you have to unplug to open the cutlery drawer. We didn't use the TV / DVD player as I was kept busy every evening sub-editing our daughter's book - using the remote dongle on our laptop. Plenty of storage space. Very easy to drive and not at all tiring for long journeys in NZ – the high driving position is wonderful, giving us a much better view than in a rental car. The website is excellent as you can see exactly what the motorhome looks like – in contrast to most of the NZ websites which, frankly, were inadequate or worse. We also noticed on our travels that our layout was quite definitely the best. You get what you pay for………

So nice with a king size bed above the cab. We could put the young children to bed up here with a saftey net and curtain to keep the light out so we could stay up without disturbing them. It was like having a separate bedroom. Very luxurious bathroom with a separate shower from the toilet. This abuzzy setup was great for traveling with a young family for 5 weeks exploring New Zealand in comfort

They Abuzzy motorhome, in our opinion were one of the best appointed up for hire, and we looked at alot. The facilities were excellent and had a easy to use layout, the separate toilet and shower was a great idea. The slat bed was very comfortable .The manual provided ,was of great use and very easy to follow. The Abuzzy motorhome was surprisingly easy to drive ,it had plenty of power ,and was very good in turning in small areas. The whole idea of a Motorhome was a great way to see the country. Its a bit like "yacht cruising " on land. Abuzzy made our experience a very memorable one indeed. We would highly recommend Abuzzy Motorhomes.

The Abuzzy motorhomes were fitted out to a very high standard. They had everything that we needed to make our holiday as comfortable and fun as possible. This was our first campervan holiday and our experience has been wholly positive. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely be doing this again!
My husband and I were traveling with our 9 month old son. Our campervan gave us the freedom to explore NZ in comfort and at our own pace. We designed the routes and our own timeline which meant that we could really relax and enjoy our holiday. All of the Abuzzy staff were extremely professional and helpful every step of the way and we can\'t recommend an Abuzzy campervan holiday strongly enough!
